Back in the Saddle

So, I have been keeping up on the running again. I think I am extra motivated because of a certain upcoming trip to somewhere warm where I might be getting my picture taken in my swimming suit. And if no pics are taken, other people still still see me. So I am back up to week 6 - which is 5 mins warmup walk, 12 mins running, 3 mins walk, 12 mins running and then 5 mins cool down walk. I did pretty good today. I plan to keep it up.

I haven't done so good on the keeping track of my eating lately, but I think I am doing okay. I could go back and figure it all out, but I am way too lazy. I will just see how it goes and if I don't lose anything (inches or pounds) then I will change up my strategy.
